The earliest years of childhood are filled with wonder, curiosity, and countless opportunities for discovery. At Pathways Early Years, Greater Kailash, we celebrated these precious years through Safari World Summer Camp 2026, a thoughtfully designed parent-child summer experience that brought together learning, exploration, and joyful bonding for our youngest learners.
Created especially for children aged 1 to 2.5 years, Safari World provided a warm and nurturing environment where toddlers could take their first steps into the world of group learning and social experiences, all within the comfort and reassurance of a parent's presence. Through music, movement, sensory exploration, storytelling, and creative play, children were encouraged to engage with the world around them while building confidence and independence at their own pace.
Over three exciting weeks, our little explorers embarked on a journey of wonder through carefully curated themes that transformed everyday learning into memorable adventures.
The camp began with Week One: Colours, a vibrant celebration of creativity and self-expression. Through colourful art activities, sensory experiences, music, and movement, children explored the fascinating world of colours in ways that were both engaging and developmentally appropriate. Little hands experimented with textures, paints, and materials, while joyful songs and interactive activities helped reinforce early learning concepts in a playful manner.
In Week Two: Animals, Safari World came alive with exciting safari adventures. Children delighted in discovering different animals through stories, sounds, movement games, and imaginative play. Roaring like lions, hopping like rabbits, and exploring animal habitats sparked curiosity and laughter while supporting language development, motor skills, and social interaction. The week provided countless opportunities for children to connect with the natural world through meaningful, hands-on experiences.
The final chapter of the camp, Week Three: Seasons, introduced children to the beauty and wonder of nature's changing rhythms. Through sensory-rich activities and nature-inspired play, learners explored the sights, sounds, and textures associated with different seasons. From imaginative weather experiences to seasonal art and storytelling, children developed an early appreciation for the world around them while engaging all their senses in the learning process.
What made Safari World truly special was its holistic approach to early childhood learning. Recognizing that young children learn best through touch, movement, sound, and connection, each day offered a carefully balanced blend of experiences designed to nurture every aspect of development. Music and movement sessions encouraged rhythm, coordination, and joyful self-expression, while sensory play invited children to explore textures, colours, water, and discovery materials. Creative art experiences allowed little hands to experiment freely, while story time fostered imagination and language development. Even foundational concepts such as letters were introduced through playful exploration, ensuring that learning remained natural and enjoyable.
Equally important was the emphasis on parent-child interaction. The shared experiences created opportunities for meaningful bonding, allowing families to celebrate milestones, discoveries, and achievements together. Parents became active participants in their child's learning journey, witnessing firsthand the excitement, curiosity, and confidence that emerged through exploration and play.
Throughout the programme, our experienced educators created a welcoming and reassuring environment where every child felt safe, valued, and encouraged to participate. Their gentle guidance ensured that children could explore independently while knowing support was always close at hand.
As Safari World Summer Camp 2026 came to a close, it left behind far more than artwork, songs, and photographs. It created treasured memories, strengthened parent-child connections, and laid the foundation for a lifelong love of learning. Most importantly, it reminded us that the simplest moments of discovery—a new colour, an animal sound, a story, or a sensory experience—can have the greatest impact during the early years.
At Pathways Early Years, we believe that every child's first learning experiences should be filled with joy, wonder, fun and connection. Safari World Summer Camp 2026 was a beautiful reflection of this philosophy, celebrating the magic of early childhood and the extraordinary discoveries made by little hands every day.
